Refund & Payment Policy

NDMHA REFUND POLICY

An administration charge of $30 and an insurance charge of $45 will not be refunded after the season begins.

Any written request for a refund received by the executive prior to the players first scheduled league game will be granted in full.

Any written request received from the first scheduled league game but prior to December 1st will be assessed and administered on a pro-rated basis, less the administration fee and insurance charge.

Effective December 1st and thereafter, no refunds will be paid, except in the case of sickness or injury which can be supported by medical documentation, in which case a pro-rated refund will be issued less the administration fee and insurance charge.

Players suspended from NDMHA activities or having had their membership  revoked due to disciplinary action are not entitled to any refund of fees paid.


NDMHA PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment of all registration fees is required by October 31.

Any outstanding accounts will be subject to immediate suspension.
