Regular Season Comes to a Close
The Peewee AE Stars closed out their regular season with a 1-1-1 record in their final three games. The Stars defeated and tied Ennismore in back to back games and then lost to the PEC Kings in their final game. 

December 29 vs Ennismore, 2–2 Tie
Braden Bannon opened the scoring early in the first period with Oronathye Green assisting which had the Stars leading 1-0 after the first. Ennismore scored the lone goal of the second period. In the third Dawson Wales scored and Scott Collard had the lone assist. Ennismore tied the game two minutes later. Nate Cinnamon was in goal. 

January 2 vs Ennismore, 3-2 Win
Oronathye Green opened the scoring midway through the first period with assists going to Scott Collard and Johnny Hearns. Ennismore tied the game five minutes later and the first period finished 1–1. The Stars scored the lone goal of the second period when Ethan Martin set up Austin Catena. Dawson Wales scored early in the third to give the boys a 3-1 lead. Ennismore scored win just over a minute to play to make the final 3-2. Nate Cinnamon was in goal. 

January 3 vs PEC Kings, 5-2 Loss
in their final regular season game of the year the boys struggled to replicate their strong play of the past three weeks. The Kings capitalized with an early goal in the first period and had the Stars trailing 1-0 after the first. The second period saw both teams score two goals each. Scoring for the Stars was Johnny Hearns (Wil Peterson assisted) and Oronathye Green (Braden Bannon assisted). The Kings scored two more goals in the third period to make the final 5-2. 

The boys will open the playoffs with home ice advantage against Ennismore. Details to come in the next few days.
