Proof Of Vaccination
Submitted By Dan Dowling on Wednesday, September 22, 2021

NDMH Members,

As of September 22, 2021, the proof of vaccination policy required by the province of Ontario will take effect.  This will impact NDMH operations at Strathcona Paper Centre.  This impacts all parents, guardians, caregivers, etc. who enter the facility.  Families wishing to watch tryouts must be in compliance with this policy. Please review the policy for the use of the Strathcona Paper Centre below.

While full vaccination for OMHA participants is required by October 31, 2021, we will begin collecting vaccination data at our tryouts for eligible players.  Please bring proof of vaccination for eligible players for tryouts.

As a reminder, NDMH is staffed by volunteers and operates under the direction of OMHA and the KFLA Health Unit.  While opinions on these policies may vary, our operations under them are mandated to us and compliance is required.  Respectful behavior towards volunteers who will be facilitating tryouts this week, including coaches, trainers and members of the Executive, along with staff at the SPC, is expected.
