NOTE TO APPLICANTS: NDMHA considers the position of the Coach to be the utmost importance to its mandate, membership and hockey development. In most cases, it is the Coach‘s influence, style and ability that will determine the success of the year and whether the year was a positive experience. The NDMHA will ensure that its members get the best coaching available. To that end, the NDMHA will have all coaching applications reviewed and vetted for qualifications and experience. Applications can expect to be interviewed and have a recommendation made, by a Coaching Recommendation Committee, to the NDMHA on their application. The NDMHA Executive is the final authority for accepting Coaches for all NDMHA teams or programs.
