Registration (Napanee District Minor Hockey)

Registration for 2023/2024 NDMH Hockey Season is now open!

Are you registering a child who has never played hockey before?  You can no longer register them online as a new player - you must contact the registrar first.  Please note that a copy of your player's birth certificate and your driver's licence/health card must be provided at the time of registration.  Please contact the Registrar at [email protected] for further information about how to provide these pieces of ID.

As with last season, you can choose to pay the registration cost in full or, select the option of a payment plan.  For the month of June only, if you select the instalment option, your first payment will be 20% of the total amount.  The next payments will come in the form of 4 separate instalments beginning on August 15th and will recur on the 15th of each September, October and November.
Each of those payments will be 25% of the remaining total.  A similar payment plan will be available for July registrants but payments will occur consecutively, without pause. 

Tryout fees are not included in the registration fee.  If your child would like to tryout for one of our representative teams, you can select that option separately, but within the registration process. 

Families who register after August 15th will be subject to a $100 late registration fee.


As a reminder, we are no longer accepting cash payments.


Returning for this season is a $100 mandatory fundraising charge per player that is included in the cost of registration.  This is similar to other sporting organizations in our area.  Each player in the Association will be assigned a booklet of five tickets to sell on the chance to win a yet to be determined vehicle which will be donated to our organization in partnership with Boyer Chev Olds in Napanee.  Families can choose to sell the tickets to recoup the $100 from their registration fees, or, enter their name on all five tickets to enter the draw five times.  The booklets of tickets will be available to families in October for pickup.  The date of the draw will be announced closer to the start of the season.

Finally, if you have an outstanding balance on your account, this will need to be rectified before you can register for this season.  The lingering amount will not be applied to your new balance.  In order for this amount to be cleared, you must contact our President @
