PrintRegistration
Registration for 2021/2022 NDMH Hockey Season is now open!

Are you registering a child who has never played hockey before?  You can no longer register them online as a new player - you must contact the registrar first.  Please note that a copy of your player's birth certificate and your driver's licence/health card must be provided at the time of registration.  Please contact the Registrar at [email protected] for further information about how to provide these pieces of ID.

For IP registrants, the payment plan will entail an initial payment of $225 at the time of registration in September and a subsequent payment of $225 on October 31st.

For all other participants, Hockey Canada is introducing a new registration system, HCR 3.0.  You will need to create a new username and password and conduct a search for your child's profile.  You'll also need to link your old profile to your new account.  Simply conduct a search for yourself and link the old and new accounts.  In order for your Parent - Respect In Sport certification to apply to your child's account, this procedure will need to take place.

You can choose to pay the registration cost in full or, select the option of a payment plan which will entail a 50% charge of your total at the time of registration. Two more equal payments will be charged on October 31st and November 30th to finalize payment (two payments of 25% of your registration total or two payments of 50% of your remaining fee).
As a reminder, we are no longer accepting cash payments.

All families who wish to participate in the payment plan must register in September.  Families who register after September 30th will be subject to a $100 late registration fee.

New this season is a $100 mandatory fundraising charge per player that is included in the cost of registration.  This is similar to other sporting organizations in our area.  Each player in the Association will be assigned a booklet of five tickets to sell on the chance to win a Chevy Spark which has been donated to our organization in partnership with Boyer Chev Olds in Napanee.  Families can choose to sell the tickets to recoup the $100 from their registration fees, or, enter their name on all five tickets to enter the draw five times.  The booklets of tickets will be available to families in October for pickup.  The date of the draw is December 18, 2021 @ 11:00am.

Finally, if you have an outstanding balance on your account, this will need to be rectified before you can register for this season.  The lingering amount will not be applied to your new balance.  In order for this amount to be cleared, you must contact our President @
[email protected] or our Treasurer @ [email protected]
