New this year (as of April 1, 2024), all VSC (Vulnerable Sector Checks) must be sent to the OHF to be reviewed.
The process is not that complicated, but it is important to pay attention to the details.

1) Acquiring a PDF copy of your VSC
For the 2024-25 Season Only:
If you can find a copy (must be the full PDF) of your
VSC from the 2022-23 season or 2023-24 season, these will be accepted for this season only.
For a new VSC Request:
Follow the instructions at
https://ohf.on.ca/risk-management/ohf-vulnerable-sector-checks/, under the heading "The Vulnerable Sector Checks Process for Coaches/Volunteers", and "Where to get a Vulnerable Sector Check done".
2) Complete your submission to the OHF
Once you have obtained a copy of your VSC, please continue to follow the instructions at
https://ohf.on.ca/risk-management/ohf-vulnerable-sector-checks/, under the section "Instructions".
