The Parent - RIS program has been a staple in parental requirements and certification for several seasons throughout Hockey Canada and OMHA jurisdictions. At least one parent/guardian from each household must complete the lessons therein in order for any child to be registered and placed on an approved roster.
The program only needs to be completed once and will apply to any and all children under the parent/guardian's HCR account. There is a small, non-refundable fee associated with access to the program.
