Exhibition Game Against PEC Kings
On Thursday November 26th the boys travelled to Wellington to play an exhibition game against the PEC Kings. The teams tied 3-3.
The game was a back and forth affair which saw the Stars dominate the 1st and 3rd periods but still struggling to capitalize on their extended offensive zone time. The Stars lead 1-0 after the first period after Austin Catena scored unassisted midway through the period. The momentum swung the Kings way in the second as they took a 3-1 lead into the intermission. The boys turned the heat up in the 3rd with goals from Dawson Wales and Oronathye Green. Assists went to Wales and Braden Bannon. Jacob East and Nate Cinnamon shared the duties in net.
